These Terms govern your use of SurfStats Studio, a creator studio for videos, images, thumbnails, scripts, audio, clips, and related creative workflows.

1) Account access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. SurfStats Studio may offer email/password login and basic Google Sign-In. In this build, Google Sign-In requests only openid, profile, and email.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use generated content in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

3) Creator content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, projects, and other content you create or manage in SurfStats Studio. You should review outputs before publishing or using them publicly.

4) Third-party providers

Features may rely on third-party providers including Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, payment processors, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers. Features may change over time.

5) Billing and credits

Paid plans, usage credits, top-ups, and renewals are subject to the pricing and checkout terms shown at purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

6) Google API Services

SurfStats Studio offers optional Google Sign-In for account access. Basic Google Sign-In requests only openid, profile, and email. Normal sign-in does not request YouTube channel, YouTube Analytics, upload, publish, edit, or delete permissions. Additional details are available on the Google Access and YouTube Data Use pages.

SurfStats Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7) Data deletion

You can request or perform deletion of account data using the controls described on the Data Deletion page.

8) Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms from time to time.
