Data Deletion
Last updated: 28 April 2026
SurfStats Studio provides self-service controls to remove stored account data and to delete your SurfStats Studio account. This page explains the public deletion controls available in the current build.
1) Delete connected Google sign-in data
- Sign in to SurfStats Studio.
- Go to Settings.
- Use Delete Google sign-in data.
This action removes stored external sign-in tokens from SurfStats Studio while keeping your local SurfStats Studio projects and account.
2) Revoke access directly from Google
You can revoke SurfStats Studio's Google Sign-In access directly from your Google permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3) Delete your SurfStats Studio account
- Sign in to SurfStats Studio.
- Go to Settings.
- Use Delete account and data and confirm the action.
This deletes your SurfStats Studio account and stored SurfStats Studio data for that account, including creator channels and stored records linked to that login.
- Your SurfStats Studio account profile for that login
- Creator channels stored under that SurfStats Studio account
- Stored SurfStats Studio records linked to that account and its creator channels
4) Deletion timing
Self-service deletion is processed when you perform the action in the product. Some records may remain in short-term backups or logs for a limited period required for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance, after which they are overwritten or removed in the normal course of operations.
5) Need help?
If you cannot access your account, use the public Support page and include the email address used on your SurfStats Studio account.
